AutoTrader.com puts quite a bit of time and effort into employee training and team-building. As a part of a new employee service initiative - "Simply Outstanding Service" - I created an acronym poster using snapshots from past employee social and community events. The poster was then mounted and cut into puzzle pieces, to be reassembled as a teambuilding exercise.
