Medcast was a 'push' software products for physicians that offered the latest medical news and information. Each night, the physician's computer receive the next day's edition. Each morning, a physician arriving at their Medcast terminal would receive a personal greeting, the news highlights of the day, and a direct line into the daily news channels.
